At 17.30 hours on Thursday 13th February 2014 , WCRR CRBI was tasked by Irish Coast Guard ( MRCC ) to assist Rescue 117 in a search for a beacon on the River Suir . Rescue Boat was launched and a search was carried out with negative results. Unit was stood down at 18.20 hours and returned to base.
