A Commemoration Cermony and Blessing of the Boats organised by WCRR will take place at the Plaza Marina at 3pm on Sunday the 22nd May 2016.  All members of the public are welcome to attend this eveent.

WCRR will hold its annual church gate collection on Saturday the 12th and Sunday the 13th December 2015.   All donations no matter how small will be greatfully appreciated.

At 19.20 hours on Saturday 16th August 2014 , WCRR CRBI was tasked to assist a yacht which had lost power on river suir .   Rescue Boat was launched at 19.28 hours and located the yacht which had one person on board and had lost engine power and had deployed an anchor near Belvue Port.
