On the 1st January 2013 at 04.40 hours , WCRR was tasked by Irish Coast Guard (MRCC) ,  to assist with an incident on the River Suir together with Waterford Fire Service and Gardai.   The incident was dealt with and the unit stood down and returned to Base.    

On the 28th December 2012 at 00.35 hours , WCRR was tasked by Irish Coast Guard ( MRCC) and Gardai to assist with an incident on the River Suir.   Rescue boat launched and assisted in a search on the River Suir and were stood down at 01.40 hours and returned to base.      

On the 26th December 2012 , at 18.25 hours ,  WCRR was tasked by the Irish Coast Guard (MRCC) and Gardai to conduct a search of the River Suir from Rice Bridge to Ballycarr.  Unit was launched and carried out a search with Waterford Fire Service and Gardai and was stood down and returned to

On 8th November WCRR were tasked by Gardai and Irish Coast Guard to assist at an incident at St John’s River.  WCRR responded and attended at scene where the incident was dealt with sucessfully by Waterford City Fire Service.

At 21.50 hours on 1st November 2012 , WCRR was tasked by An Garda Siochana  Waterford and Irish Coast Guard to attend at an incident on the River Suir.  WCRR launched rescue boat and attended at scene of incident.   At 22.25 hours Unit was stood down after incident was resolved and returned to base.  

At 20.34 hours on Wednesday 24th October 2012 , WCRR were tasked by MRCC, Irish Coast Guard to carry out a search on the River Suir to a possible Red Flare sighting. WCRR crew launched rescue boat and carried out a search as requested with negative results.    Crew was stood down by MRCC at 21.45

At 9.40am on Saturday 13th October 2012 , WCRR was tasked by Irish Coast Guard , MRCC, to assist with Fethard -on – Sea Lifeboat and An Garda Siochana with a Yacht in difficulty at Ballyhack on the river suir.   WCRR responded and the Yacht which was in difficulty was rescued and towed to safety. 

At 22.31 on Thursday 11th October , WCRR was tasked by An Garda Siochana , Waterford to assist at an incident on the river suir.  The incident was resolved successfully and wcrr was stood down.  

On Thursday 4th October 2012  at 1.40am , WCRR were tasked by An Garda Siochana , Waterford , to assist with  an incident at St John’s River .   The incident was dealt with successfully and the Unit was stood down and returned to base.
